Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with our operations team.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Support all aspects of building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep.
- Identify and solve recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca’s internal safety standards.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO.
- Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
- Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
- Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Schedule
Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Pay
$30.00-$34.00/hour (based on experience)
