Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with our operations team.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Support all aspects of building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Identify and solve recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca’s internal safety standards.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO.
• Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
• Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
• Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Schedule

Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

Pay

$30.00-$34.00/hour (based on experience)
