Maintenance Technician - Day Shift

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventative maintenance and repair of facility equipment and material handling systems in a distribution center. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and managing maintenance plans, schedules, and inventory.Diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, overseeing system upgrades, and assessing equipment efficiency.Coordinating with vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring safety standards.Leading, supervising, and developing maintenance staff, including training and inspection.Working with equipment and software vendors to improve systems.Responding to downtime events, working split shifts, nights, and weekends as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities/Plant Management, or equivalent experience.Minimum of two years related experience, preferably with electrical expertise.Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems, read CAD and electrical diagrams.Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of building automation systems and energy conservation preferred. Additional Competencies Leadership, coaching, and safety assessment skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and maintenance management software.Ability to operate independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
