Maintenance Technician - Day Shift
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: description paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: maybe essential skills and experience (must have). Could be "Requirements" heading.
- Qualifications: maybe "Good To Have" or "Preferred Qualifications". Could be "Qualifications" heading.
- Skills: maybe "Essential Skills And Experience" is skills. But we already used Requirements for must-have. Could combine.
Better: Use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (essential skills/experience), Qualifications (good to have), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (maybe shift differential and work schedule info). Also maybe Physical requirements? Could be part of Requirements or separate but we have no heading for physical. Could include under Requirements as a bullet.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for Pay: salary range $26.00 - $28.00, bonus OIP 5% Annual. Also shift differential info. So Pay section.
Schedule: we have shift work, 24-hour standby, shift differential. So we can include Schedule section.
Benefits: we have list.
Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, fraud disclaimer, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We must preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract content.

(shift work, 24-hour standby, shift differential maybe but we already included shift differential in Pay; could mention schedule expectations.) We must not repeat content unnecessarily but can include shift differential in Pay or Schedule. Let's put shift differential in Pay section as part of compensation. Schedule section: mention work shifts as assigned, 24-hour standby for emergency maintenance calls, full-time. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, fraud disclaimer, etc. Let's craft. We need to preserve all substantive information: include location? The instruction says do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Location is minor metadata; we could include in a short
after sections maybe not as heading. But we could include location in a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay to include as a short p after sections. However they said "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can add a
with location and employment type. But we already have sections for Pay, Schedule, Benefits etc. Location could be a short p after those sections, not a heading. Let's produce:
