Maintenance Technician - Day Shift - $6,000 Bonus Pays
2-2-3 rotating schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Night-shift premium: +$3.00/hr (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Weekend-shift premium: +$2.25/hr (Saturdays & Sundays). $3,000 sign-on bonus within first 30 days; $3,000 retention bonus after 6 months.
About the role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work as a team or with other Maintenance Associates and Team Managers to assemble, install, dismantle, maintain, and repair intake and processing equipment, distribution and supporting equipment, and all other processing equipment. Responsibilities include updating or replacing existing equipment, upgrading technology, preparing for repair or replacement, performing preventive maintenance (PM’s), and ensuring efficient operation.

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $35.21 and up, based on experience, skills, and interview evaluation.
Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training; OR
- Completion of a state-recognized Apprenticeship program (four years of related experience)
- Associate Degree or better in Industrial Maintenance, or High School Diploma or better in Industrial Maintenance
