About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities at Crown Ridge and Marion Ridge.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair facilities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and grounds maintenance.
- Respond to emergency calls and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety standards.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing.
