Maintenance Technician - Crosswinds At Arista

Full-time Maintenance Technician position at Crosswinds at Arista, a 159-unit affordable housing community in Broomfield, CO.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
• Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, co-workers, and residents.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification preferred.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay starting at $28 to $29/hour.
