Maintenance Technician - Certifed Pool Technician

Responsibilities

• 80% Pool Operations
• 20% Groundskeeping
• Repairs and cleans HVAC systems
• Replaces and installs plumbing fixtures and parts
• Repairs and installs carpentry items such as doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Paints drywall/plaster repairs and performs painting tasks
• Maintains electrical and appliance systems including lighting, wiring, power circuits, and replacing switches, lamps, etc.
• Maintains machinery such as chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
• This position requires a High School Diploma/GED
• Preferred certifications for this position include HVAC (depending on property), Electrical, or Plumbing
• May be required to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday

Pay

Commensurate with Experience $ 18.53 - 25.94 hourly
