We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions, etc. We need to parse the job description and extract sections. Given content: - Title: Maintenance Technician I - Reports to: Production Operations (BTW Farm Manager or Maintenance Supervisor) - Last revision date: 9/08/2025 (metadata, can be folded into short p or dropped) - Purpose Of Position: description. - Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities: list of duties. - Company Values And Expectations: values. - Work Environment: description. - Physicality Requirements: physical demands. - Additional Requirements: initiative, etc. - POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: full-time, 40 hrs, weekend/holiday on-call. - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE And OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: previous maintenance experience preferred, bilingual preferred, valid driver's license. - Other Duties: note about additional duties. We need to map to sections: About the role (purpose), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (maybe physicality, additional requirements?), Qualifications (education/experience), Skills (maybe trade knowledge, computer skills), Benefits (none mentioned), Pay (none), Schedule (position type/hours). We must only include sections with real specific content. Benefits, Pay not present, so omit. Schedule we have info: full-time, 40 hrs, weekend/holiday on-call rotations. So include Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

    for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no

    Maintenance Technician I

    . Use headings for sections. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the description, but we can combine similar items. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's none explicit but there is "Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." that's not boilerplate but it's a note; we should keep it? It's substantive? It's a disclaimer about additional duties. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of job description. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Other Duties" note is not exactly those; it's a typical disclaimer but maybe we keep it as part of responsibilities? It's not a list; we could include as a paragraph under Responsibilities or Additional Notes. Since it's not a list, we can put as

    . We need to avoid repeating content. Ensure we capture all. Let's outline sections:

    About the role

    Purpose: This role is a dedicated, on-site maintenance technician responsible for one farm (or a small set of farms) reporting to production operations leadership. Responsible for completing any/all minor maintenance and repairs of swine facilities and equipment for Iowa Select Farms.

    Maybe also include reports to and revision date? Could fold into short p: "Reports to Production Operations (BTW Farm Manager or Maintenance Supervisor). Last revised 9/08/2025."

    • Ensure that all preventative maintenance items are routinely completed for the facilities and equipment.
    • Manage/maintain an on-site parts inventory as necessary to complete routine repairs.

    • To maintain biosecurity standards, employees working on a farm are prohibited from cohabitating with employees from other production departments or support teams that access farms other than those assigned to their department.
    • Note: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Additional duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed at any time with or without notice.
    But we have duplicated items: bio-security, animal wellbeing, safety appear twice (once in Essential Functions and again in Company Values And Expectations). We need to preserve all substantive info but avoid duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't explicitly say to deduplicate, but we should avoid repeating same sentences? Might be okay to keep both but could be considered duplicated lines. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. Thus we need to combine similar items. Let's list unique responsibilities: - Adhere to ISF bio-security policy and report any violations to management team. - Adhere to ISF animal wellbeing policy and report any violations to management team. - Adhere to ISF safety policies and procedures, wear appropriate safety equipment (PPE) for appropriate tasks, and work in a generally safe manner. - Utilize the ISF Tools work ticket system to effectively track all repairs and materials associated with each repair. - Demonstrate general trade knowledge, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and welding. - Prioritize maintenance and repair items based upon highest priority; animal welfare items (feed, water, air/ventilation, animal containment) are of immediate concern. - Be available to work on weekends for emergency maintenance needs. - Ensure that all preventative maintenance items are routinely completed for the facilities and equipment. - Manage/maintain an on-site parts inventory as necessary to complete routine repairs. - Maintain the capacity to properly/effectively: - Repair and/or replace curtain systems - Fabricate, weld and repair penning area - Repair and/or replace feedline systems - Repair and/or replace ventilation systems - Repair and/or replace waterlines - Repair and/or replace building roof, siding, or ceiling material - Repair and/or replace light fixtures, receptacles, and electric motors - Repair and/or replace heating and cooling systems - At times, operate heavy machinery (Backhoe, Mowers, Snow blowers, Hydro Clean Machine, Tractors, Manure Tanks, Trucks and Trailers) - Assist in the repair of well water pumps, water meters, regulators, sewer lines, etc. - Assist in seasonal snow removal, mowing, weed spraying and other items associated with general site appearance. - Keep the production location free from any/all debris in and/or around the site(s). - To maintain biosecurity standards, employees working on a farm are prohibited from cohabitating with employees from other production departments or support teams that access farms other than those assigned to their department. - Note: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Additional duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed at any time with or without notice. Also we have Company Values And Expectations: values (respect, accountability, good decision-making, flexibility) and expectations: demonstrate, foster and promote those values. This could be a separate section maybe "Company Values and Expectations" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No explicit "Company Values". Could fold into Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably under Responsibilities as part of expectations. But we need to preserve that info. We could add a

    under Responsibilities describing values. Or we could create a separate section "Requirements" maybe includes values? But values are not requirements per se. However we can include them under Responsibilities as part of expectations. Similarly Work Environment, Physicality Requirements, Additional Requirements, Position Type/Expected Hours, Education/Experience/Other Qualifications. We need to map these to allowed headings. Let's decide: - About the role: purpose + reports to + revision date. - Responsibilities: all duty items (including values? maybe separate). - Requirements: maybe physicality requirements + additional requirements (initiative, troubleshooting, team skills, computer skills) + work environment? Work environment is not a requirement but could be under Requirements? Might be better to have a separate section but not allowed. Could put under Responsibilities? Not ideal. Could put under Requirements as "Working Conditions". But the instruction says use headings only for those specific sections. It didn't forbid adding other headings? It says: "Use

    for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also add other headings? It says "Use

    for section headings (e.g. ...)" which suggests those are the allowed headings. Safer to stick to those. Thus we need to fit all content into those sections. We have: About the role: purpose. Responsibilities: duties. Requirements: maybe physical demands, additional requirements (initiative, etc.), work environment? Could be considered requirements. Qualifications: education, experience, other qualifications (maintenance experience preferred, bilingual preferred, driver's license). Skills: trade knowledge, computer/smartphone skills, mechanical minded, etc. Schedule: position type/hours. We need to avoid filler. Benefits, Pay not present. Let's extract details: Physicality Requirements: - Required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl;
