Maintenance Technician (Center Point Apartments)

Responsibilities
- Perform all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
- Maintain HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and mechanical equipment.
- Handle refurbishment of apartments.
- Provide 24-hour, on-call maintenance as scheduled.
- Ensure high accountability, ownership, and excellent internal and external customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
- Owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement provided).
- Strong time management skills.
- High degree of accountability and ownership.
