Maintenance Technician - Carillon

About the Role

We are a large regional property‑management firm seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Carillon Apartments in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate has experience in all trades and a strong customer‑service focus.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests
• Repair appliances
• Perform painting tasks
• Handle apartment turnovers
• Take emergency calls
• Other general maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications

• At least 2 recent years of experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a 150+ unit property
• Proficiency in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Customer‑service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for on‑call rotation

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $24–$25 (DOE)
