Maintenance Technician - Cannabis Industry

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team and sustain ongoing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machinery and detect root causes of malfunctions.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical work (conduit bending and wire pulling experience preferred), repair, and upkeep of all machines, the building, and grounds (including power washing tanks and the facility, and weed eating when necessary).
• Ensure all building systems run at optimal efficiency and operational capacity.
• Maintain inventories, supply requests, and work orders.
• Identify maintenance risks throughout the building.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to apply.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to be fitted for and wear all required proper protective equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to think quickly and investigate positional issues for corrective action.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making decisions independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrates good computer skills.
