Maintenance Technician- Brookwood Apartments

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities within the Brookwood Apartments complex.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
• Respond to emergency situations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Physical ability to perform manual labor
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance and repair techniques

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related work experience in maintenance or construction
• Experience with common tools and equipment used in maintenance work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
