About the role

The Maintenance Technician will work as a team, minimizing production downtime by proactively responding to maintenance calls and executing preventative maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to maintenance calls
• Execute preventative maintenance strategies
• Hone skills on Allen Bradley PLC’s, Fanuc Robots (stackers, palletizers, wrappers)
• Perform welding/fabrication tasks
• Electrical troubleshooting and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshooting of PLC’s and experience with Ladder Logic
• Completion of an apprenticeship/journeyman program is desired

Requirements

• High school diploma and/or applicable experience
• 1 or more years of previous experience in plant maintenance, machine repair, or military equivalent (highly preferred)

Qualifications

• Experience in or ability to learn: Electrical (24V to 480V, single phase or three phase), Welding (MIG, TIG, Stick), Industrial Maintenance - Troubleshooting and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment, or military equivalent
• Reading and interpreting blueprints: electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic

Skills

• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus
• 3-5 years of previous experience in plant maintenance, machine repair, or military equivalent
