The Wooten Company, LLC is seeking maintenance-oriented individuals for our various managed apartments in the Springfield area. All levels of experience and backgrounds are welcome; specific pay and duties will be assigned based on experience. After-hours on-call work may be required.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning grounds to maintain curb appeal
- Servicing apartments to fix issues for current tenants
- Turning vacant units to prepare them for new tenants
- Basic pool cleaning and servicing
- Light HVAC diagnostics
