Maintenance Technician
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have schedule: "All 3 shifts available - 1st, 2nd and 3rd". Pay: "$37.05 per hour". Benefits: listed. Responsibilities: duties and responsibilities. Skills: skills a maintenance team member demonstrates. Qualifications: knowledge, training and experience (education & experience, technical & mechanical skills, safety & compliance, teamwork, communication & leadership, personal attributes & work ethic, physical demands). We need to decide which headings to use: maybe "Responsibilities", "Skills", "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Also maybe "About the role" could be intro paragraph. The intro paragraph about values etc could be placed as
before sections. We must not duplicate lines. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove metadata like Employee Type, Location, Job Type, Job Posting Title maybe we can incorporate location in a short
but not as heading. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with Employee Type, Location, etc. But we can also drop it if not needed. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop location or employee type if it's substantive. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep location, employee type, etc. But we can put them in a
maybe after intro. We'll include a paragraph: "Employee Type: Full time. Location: WI Kenosha. Job Type: Production Group." Or similar. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The posting title is Maintenance Technician; we should not use that as heading. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay and benefits and schedule. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, skills list, benefits list, qualifications maybe we can break into sublists.
We need to use
for prose. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:
Intro about Winland Foods values and role.
Employee Type: Full time. Location: WI Kenosha. Job Type: Production Group.
Then sections:About the role
maybe we already have intro; but we could still have About the role as a heading with a paragraph summarizing role. However we already have intro; but we can still include About the role heading with a paragraph that describes the role (the paragraph we already wrote). To avoid duplication, we could combine: Use About the role heading and then paragraph describing role. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's many sections but each substantive. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's draft:About the role
At Winland Foods, our success starts with people who live our values of Excellence, Quality, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration every day. Then maybe we don't need separate employee type paragraph; we could incorporate into About the role? But better to keep separate short paragraph for metadata. But we could also put metadata in aafter About the role. Now Responsibilities:

Qualifications
with subheadings? But we only allowedfor section headings; we could still use
maybe but not allowed? The instruction only says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can just use
for each major section and inside use
or
- . For qualifications we can have a
- ? But we need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make each subcategory a
- with a label and then details.
Alternatively we could make separate
for each subcategory but that would be many sections; but the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to keep Qualifications as one section with multiple paragraphs. We'll do:
Qualifications
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production. Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held. 18+ years of age.

Qualifications
and then multipleparagraphs or
- lists for each subcategory.
We need to preserve all details: Education & Experience, Technical & Mechanical Skills, Safety & Compliance, Teamwork, Communication & Leadership, Personal Attributes & Work Ethic, Physical Demands.
We'll create
- for each subcategory maybe with a heading inside
