About the role
thenwith position summary text. Position Summary: "As our Maintenance Technician, you will serve as the operational owner of the facility infrastructure supporting aerospace manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for the reliability, compliance, safety, and readiness of all building systems that directly support production. You will oversee all maintenance needs, contractors, in-house installations and repairs, manage preventive building maintenance programs, and partner closely with EHS, Engineering, Quality, and Operations. This role requires sound judgement, technical depth, troubleshooting, disciplined execution, flexibility with schedule changes, and the ability to operate independently in a highly regulated environment. This role is for an individual who operates comfortably in high-expectation, highly regulated manufacturing environments; takes full ownership of building, sustaining, and defending infrastructure that never becomes the bottleneck; and has the mindset of a business operator – not a caretaker. This position reports to the Sr. EHS & Facilities Manager." We can keep that as paragraph. Next,
Responsibilities
then list. We need to extract duties from the rest: many sentences after Qualifications & Requirements? Actually responsibilities are interspersed. Let's gather all duty statements: From position summary we already used some; but we can still list responsibilities separate. Better to treat responsibilities as all duty statements: oversee maintenance needs, contractors, in-house installations and repairs, manage preventive building maintenance programs, partner with EHS, Engineering, Quality, Operations. Then list of specific tasks: diagnosing/mechanical/electrical/plumbing faults, HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, vacuum, fire protection, building utilities; using tools; operating/installing/repairing pneumatic/air tools, threaders, hydraulic crimpers, quick connect fittings; LOTO; securing workpieces; fabrication of workstations; repairing/replacing fixtures; sweating copper pipes; clearing clogs; repairs/installation of flooring, drywall, ceiling tiles, doors, restroom fixtures, painting, creform frames, assembly of furniture/cubicles, cabinets, sinks, windows; collect, sort, inspect hazardous waste; maintain inventory counts, inspection logs, shipping manifests, SDS, waste labeling, chain-of-custody; conduct routine inspections weekly/monthly/quarterly; inspect emergency egress routes, exit signage, battery-backed lighting; maintain test logs; inspect ladders, shop tools, PPE, machine guards; document inspection findings, generate corrective action work orders, maintain audit-ready logs; maintain EHS and Facilities related drawings; create SOPs and PM checklist; lead/support external contractors/vendors; ensure contractor work complies with safety, security, quality, ITAR; ensure protection of controlled materials, customer data, drawings per ITAR; support compliance with Cal/OSHA, OSHA, EPA, DTSC, local regs; support management of hazardous waste handling/disposal; complete/maintain weekly/monthly/annual facility inspections and documentation; ensure safety and facility related work orders prioritized and completed; support/document CAPAs; lead/support facility upgrades, equipment installations, tenant improvement projects; serve as primary point of contact for facility emergencies; participate in Emergency Response Team; maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, inventories, daily work logs including time allocation by value stream; communicate daily/weekly updates to Sr. EHS & Facilities Manager regarding work order, project status, risks, resources needs; comply with company policies; perform other duties as assigned. That's a lot. We'll put as- each.
Next,

with paragraph: "This is an hourly position with a pay range of $23.00 - $28.00 per hour. Exact compensation will be contingent upon experience, skills, qualifications, and other factors considered relevant to the hiring decision." Next,Schedule
with paragraph: "Must be able and willing to work mandatory overtime (10hrs weekly), weekends, off-shift hours as required to support production and special projects, and all other facility’s needs." We should not include Benefits section. Make sure to not include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any repeated content: we have responsibilities list includes many items that also appear in qualifications list; but that's okay as we preserve all info. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info like "Our core values – Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment (ACE) – are the foundation of how we operate and drive success. You will take ownership of your contributions, collaborate with teams that get things done, and be empowered to raise standards and drive meaningful improvements." That's substantive; could be placed under About the role or a separate section like "Culture & Values". Since we have no heading for that, we could add a paragraph under About the role after position summary. Or create a new section "Culture and Values". The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate into About the role. Add after position summary a paragraph about ACE. Also "Are You Our Next Ace?" is a heading-like but we can treat as prose. We'll include that as a paragraph. Now craft final HTML. Let's write:About the role
