Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience in property management or construction industry preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with project tracking software

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with construction or property management software
