Responsibilities

• Manage property operations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to keep properties in excellent condition
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service
• Handle tenant relations and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and submit financial reports and budgets
• Participate in community events and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property management software
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• Understanding of lease agreements and tenant rights
• Leadership and team management experience

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems
