Maintenance Technician
About the role
Wieland is a global leader in copper and copper alloy manufacturing, processing, and distribution, serving power, automotive, ammunition, coinage, construction materials, refrigeration, electronics and many other industries. The Maintenance Technician will assist in providing effective and preventive machine/equipment/building maintenance to maintain optimum production capability and product/service quality assurance, with safety at the forefront. The role is located in Reading, PA and is fully on‑site. Training period is expected to be up to one year, depending on experience and technical skill. Shift options include 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) or 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am). After training, there is opportunity to bid on other roles for career growth.
