About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of hotel facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Repair and replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience in maintenance or similar field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor
- Basic computer skills
Skills
- Knowledge of building maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay
