About the Role

We are responsible for creating an environment for our residents that exemplifies California living at its best. We handle daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation.
• Communicate and interact well with your team members and residents.
• Take pride in your work product and always beat deadlines.
• May have knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft Outlook.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Requirements

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
• A 'can-do' attitude.

Pay

$24.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience, with a $1000.00 sign on bonus "payment terms apply" and the opportunity to earn thousands in bonus opportunities.
