About the Role
We are responsible for creating an environment for our residents that exemplifies California living at its best. We handle daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives.
Responsibilities
- Fix, repair, replace, refurbish, and restore units and facilities
- Handle emergency repairs and unit turnovers
- Carry out asset preservation objectives
- Support the team and keep everything in working order
Requirements
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
- Pride in work product and good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Knowledge of computers, particularly Microsoft Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Pay
The starting hourly rate is $24.00 to $28.00, depending on experience. Plus, there's a $1000 sign on bonus.
Schedule
Hours vary based on location and shift preferences.
