Maintenance Technician

About the role

Wellspring is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the effective upkeep, maintenance and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective upkeep, maintenance and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential facilities.
• Five or more years of maintenance experience is required in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electric, drywall, mechanical, landscaping, etc., preferably in residential maintenance.
• Experience with work order management applications is preferred.

Pay

Salary: $21-$25 per hour

Schedule

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 8 - 4, 20-30 hours per week
