Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do
- Maintain, repair, and install all major equipment and building systems under the supervision of experienced technicians, including production equipment and mechanical/structural building upkeep.
- Work on all major equipment maintenance projects, including but not limited to: extruders, media cutters, high-intensity mixers, kilns, industrial burners, dust collectors, vacuum pumps, and conveyors.
- Perform PM tasks and various scheduled machine audits.
- Assist in developing preventative maintenance plans for all critical machines and systems.
- Work with the EHS group to complete relevant safety audits and contribute to safety-related projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while assisting with cleanup efforts.
What You’ll Need
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Training will be provided for all equipment and tools required that are specific to the operation.
- Experience using hand tools and powered hand tools.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills with welding and machining equipment.
- Willingness to learn new roles and tasks as business needs evolve.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to work well in a team environment.
