About the role
Maintenance Technician responsible for multiple Waffle House restaurants in and around the assigned geographical area.
Responsibilities
- Installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment
- Electrical work (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3-phase service)
- Plumbing
- HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
- Roof repair and replacement
- Replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, and similar components
Requirements
- Basic plumbing skills
- Basic building electrical wiring experience
- Proficiency with small power and hand tools
- HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton
- EPA Universal Certification
Qualifications
- Detail oriented
- Stress tolerant
- Highly motivated
- Able to work independently while functioning within a team
Schedule
Typical work schedule is 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday with a rotating on-call duty for weekends, nights, and holidays.
