About the role
Responsible for maintenance of multiple Waffle House restaurants in and around a designated geographical area.
Responsibilities
- Installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment
- Electrical work (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3-phase service)
- Plumbing
- HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
- Roof repair and replacement
- Replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, and other building components
Requirements
- Basic plumbing skills
- Experience with building electrical wiring
- Proficiency with small power and hand tools
- HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton
- EPA Universal Certification

Schedule
- Typical work schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- Rotating on-call duty for weekends, nights, and holidays
