About the role
The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area.
Responsibilities
- Installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment
- Electrical work, including basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
- Plumbing tasks
- HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
- Roof repair
- Replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.
- Use of small power and hand tools
Requirements
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
- Use of small power/hand tools
- HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
- EPA Universal Certification

Schedule
Typical work schedule is 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday with a rotating schedule of on-call duty for weekends, nights, and holidays.
