Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete scheduled room PMs: painting, minor repairs, and aesthetic touch-ups.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown including moving furniture, setting up A/V equipment, and ensuring space readiness.
• Conduct routine carpet cleaning and floor care as needed.
• Perform light carpentry and painting tasks across club facilities.
• Troubleshoot and address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to staff or member requests in a professional manner.
• Show a strong willingness to learn new skills, tools, and technologies as needed.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
• The ideal candidate will help ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and club expectations.
• This position follows an afternoon/evening schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, supporting the club during peak operational hours.

Qualifications

• CPO certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus but not required.
• Basic A/V setup knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and must speak fluent English.
