About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical inspections and repairs
- Install and upgrade lighting fixtures
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience
- First aid certification
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

Pay
$20-$25 per hour based on experience.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
