Pay
$28.52–$38.52 per hour (based on shift, skills, education, and experience). Double time after 50 hours worked in a week.
Schedule
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Communicate with other departments to ensure equipment is running efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Continuously improve maintenance processes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and machinery
- Experience with welding equipment, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery
- Strong electrical knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
- Noise and dirt levels typical of a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Regular exposure to dirt, dust, paint fumes, noise, heights, moving equipment, heavy steel, and other possible hazardous conditions
- Safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots are required; a respirator is required for specific operations
