Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure guest-facing properties remain safe, comfortable, and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs in guest rooms and shared areas.Handle issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.Document completed work and update maintenance records.Coordinate with hotel teams and outside contractors when necessary.Follow safety procedures, protect guest privacy, and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
