Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replace parts for plant equipment.
• Perform repairs needed for buildings.
• Provide routine maintenance on equipment.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Some knowledge of cutting welding, fabrication, and tooling.
• Basic plumbing skills, including basic plumbing installations including piping of machinery for hydraulics, water, and air (in addition to restroom plumbing fixtures & piping).
• The ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics.
• Computer literacy, MS Office, and maintenance systems.
• The ability to analyze problems, identify options to resolve issues, and the ability to share options and recommend sensible solutions.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of work-related experience, or qualified by certification.
• Strong skills in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and plumbing.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and tackle physical tasks daily.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
