Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery, equipment and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation.

Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections.

Troubleshoots, escalates and documents issues according to established policies and procedures.

Researches and orders repair parts through the Housing storeroom process.

Repairs if possible and makes referrals to Supervisor as necessary.

Education Qualifications

• High School (Required)
• Relevant experience | 2 Years | Required
