Maintenance Technician
Two Plus Four Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for communities in Wayland NY. Responsibilities include:
- Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours and complete work within 72 hours.
- Handle after-hours emergency calls using a company-provided cell phone.
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare apartments for move-in and move-out.
- Perform tasks such as cleaning, painting, electrical repairs, and carpentry.
- Manage HVAC and appliance repairs, including seasonal maintenance.
- Operate various tools and equipment like lawnmowers, trimmers, vacuums, and power tools.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician or a similar role.
- Valid NY State driver’s license with no major infractions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ownership or regular reliable access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work overtime and irregular hours.
- Carry an after-hours emergency cell phone and respond to calls.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pay Range
