Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for an outgoing, hard‑working team player to join our maintenance crew and help keep our dealerships running on all cylinders. No experience? Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance team in the upkeep of all Titus‑Will facilities.
- Handle a mix of pressure washing, painting, groundskeeping, and basic plumbing, electrical, construction, and mechanical tasks.
- Learn hands‑on from our experienced maintenance team.
- Work independently with strong attention to detail — no two days look the same.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A positive, can‑do attitude and genuine eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable delivering professional, best‑in‑class service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation — every day, on time.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability Monday‑Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
