Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day production operations to maintain daily production targets.
• Works closely with production and maintenance team members to resolve industrial equipment issues.
• Supports Tiffin Group core values: Customer Driven, Do It Once Do It Well, Coachable, Work Ready, There’s Always A Solution.
• Troubleshoots and understands 120 V, & 480 V 3 Phase electrical systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs issues on production equipment in the plant.
• Maintains production equipment and completes Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Performs general facility maintenance as needed.
• Reads and understands electrical schematics & mechanical drawings.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with glue machines, roll coaters, lamination equipment.
• Experience with spray systems and equipment.

Requirements

• Diagnosis and solving problems with production equipment.
• Comfortable working in a production type environment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to perform all assigned duties.
• Prior experience preferred but Tiffin will train the right individuals.
• CDL license a plus.
• 5S experience a plus.
