Maintenance Technician

About the role

If you’re an experienced Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Travel: sites in Shelbyville, IN; Crawfordsville, IN; Greenville, OH. A company vehicle will be provided within 90 days of employment. Until then, vehicle allowances will be issued. Gas expenses will be paid by the company.
• Must be willing to travel to an established district for 2 weeks of training. (Mon-Fri) Hotel, food, and gas expenses will be covered by the company.
• Tool & Equipment Use: Uses a variety of hand and power tools—including hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches—and operates hydraulic, electrical, and electronic testing equipment.
• Work Order Management: Use the company Operations Portal to review, prioritize, document, and close work orders daily.
• Training & Development: Trains and supports Site Managers to strengthen their preventative maintenance capabilities and ensure long-term site reliability.
• Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Assembles, installs, or repairs wiring, electrical/electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and car wash machinery.
• Other Duties: Performs other related responsibilities as assigned to support overall operations and maintenance excellence.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design
• Clean driving record
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to pull a trailer
• Detail-orientated and organized
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Able to follow highly complex directions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds
• Able to distinguish various colors of wires and distinguish electronic system sections and wiring.
