Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Employee-Owned Thermo-Twin Windows is seeking candidates for the Maintenance Department to maintain and repair machinery used in the residential and commercial window industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
• Work on equipment electrical panels and circuits, install conduit and outlets, install lighting fixtures, and run computer/phone cables.
• Handle tasks involving electrical, carpentry, and/or plumbing as part of residential building trades experience.
• Learn and adhere to maintenance and safety standards and procedures.
• Multi-task between jobs and work independently.

Requirements

• Knowledge of commercial electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Overall experience with residential building trades.
• Positive work ethic and strict adherence to safety.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
