About the role

The Wooten Company, LLC seeks maintenance oriented individuals for various managed apartments in the Springfield Area. Positions are available at all experience levels with pay and duties tailored to individual qualifications. On-call after hours may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds to maintain a high curb appeal
• Servicing apartments to resolve current tenant issues
• Turning vacant units to prepare for new tenants
• Performing basic pool cleaning and servicing
• Conducting light HVAC diagnostics

Pay

$15.00 - $26.00 per hour
