Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on dealership facilities and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance issues.
  • Maintain service department equipment, and facility systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify repair needs.
  • Cookordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are required.
  • Assist with grounds maintenance, snow removal, and facility improvement projects.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform minor cosmetic repairs and facility improvements, including touch-up painting, patching walls, refinishing surfaces, and addressing areas of the dealership that require aesthetic enhancement to maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

  • Previous maintenance experience required.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
  • Valid driver's license required.
