Requirements
- A high school graduate
- Possess ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Capable of maintaining effective working relationships
- 5 years relevant experience in healthcare and/or hospital maintenance/Building maintenance
- Knowledgeable experience in the maintenance field
- MUST have resume showing 5+ years and references
Qualifications
- Resident Safety: Shift is 1st shift and hours are 8am to 4pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services
- Perform routine assignments in resident living areas
- Preventive maintenance inspections and tasks as scheduled
- Assist with all repairs, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving
- Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested
- Complete work requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure maintenance supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary
- Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience
- Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to your supervisor as soon as possible
- Ensure that equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of the shift
