Maintenance Technician position at Bauer Consulting Group, Inc. (The Food Recruiter) in the Wayne, NJ area.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Diagnose and repair food processing and packaging equipment.
- Update computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Perform facilities and grounds maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting, lighting).
- Work with programmable logic controls (PLC), VFDs, photo sensors, motors, and gears.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings per OEM specifications.
- Perform welding and fabricating tasks using MIG, TIG, and arc processes.
Qualifications
Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; food processing and packaging equipment; CMMS; PLC systems; welding/fabrication (MIG, TIG, arc); and blueprint/schematic reading.
Pay
Hourly salary range: $25 – $30.
