Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Uphold 5s/housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Affiliate with maintenance planning, and spare parts management.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Skills in analyzing problems and performing repairs.
- Associate degree with a technical focus or 18 months of related experience in an industrial background.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Experienced in reading and interpreting drawings and schematics.
