Maintenance technician

Full-time position, guaranteed 40 hours per week on a day shift.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities

• Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prepping apartment units prior to turn (e.g., trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Completing work orders, including appliance repair, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
• Maintaining cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings.
• Providing valet trash services.
• Performing cabinet, appliance, and other cosmetic upgrades.
• Being on-call 1–2 weeks out of the month.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and pride in performance.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Commitment to producing consistent, quality work.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Pay

Starting at $22 per hour (based on skills).
