Responsibilities
- Start, stop and operate various equipment and systems.
- Perform repairs to facility plumbing systems.
- Perform various building maintenance and repair.
- Auxiliary with electrical, mechanical and construction projects.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to support operational needs.
- Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if required.
