Manufacturing$18.7–$33.4/hrFull-time

About the role

The primary role of a Maintenance Technician involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation, performing routine inspections, preventive tasks, and emergency fixes for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, and documenting all work to prevent downtime and uphold operational standards. In this position, you will need to use hand/power tools, diagnose faults, replace parts, and may specialize in areas like production machinery or facilities upkeep including the tunnels, vacuum lots and other requirements as needed. We hire for how people think and how they learn. Everything else we can build. You are mechanically curious. When something breaks, your first instinct is to figure out why - not call someone else. You are comfortable with hand and power tools and have experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems. You are physically capable and ready for active, hands-on work across multiple sites. You are detail-oriented. A thorough inspection is the difference between a fix and a repeat call. You can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts when required.
