Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plant equipment and systems.
• Inspect compressors, electrical connections, and motor operations.
• Test and repair equipment using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing tools.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and complete daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Work safely and follow all plant policies and regulations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial mechanic experience (food industry a plus).
• Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with 3-phase/120V systems and PLC troubleshooting.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Own hand tools, and skilled with power tools and multi-meters.
• Electrical and/or ammonia refrigeration experience is a big plus!
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
