Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician supports facility uptime and ensures maintenance reliability across all operational equipment. Key responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; performing preventive maintenance; testing electrical components; and resolving equipment issues and process disruptions.

Qualifications
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
- Ability to safely perform lifting up to 45 lbs on a routine basis
- Ability to climb industrial ladders and work at heights as needed
- Ability to safely work in confined spaces and awkward positions
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
- Safety-focused with the ability to proactively identify hazards
