Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Village of St. Barnabas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, along with the opportunity to make a positive impact through meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Service heating and cooling units at all facilities
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and driveways
• Repair facility and equipment including plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical
• Complete unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested
• Absorb and store work areas, equipment, tools, and supplies properly before leaving the area
• Complete preventative maintenance schedule as directed by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
