As a Maintenance Technician at Centerville Manor, you’ll be at the heart of that mission: ensuring our residents live in well-maintained, comfortable, and safe spaces they’re proud to call home.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.)
• Complete service requests within 24 hours quickly, efficiently, and with care
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
• Help maintain excellent curb appeal: remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds, and more
• Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours and occasional holiday/weekend support
• Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures
• Collaborate with team members and vendors and always go the extra mile for residents

Requirements

• Previous property maintenance experience
• HVAC certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
